What Built Different Cart Co. collects when you contact us, how it is used, and how to have it removed.

The short version
Built Different Cart Co. collects the details you give us so we can answer you and work on your cart. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the make and model of your cart and whatever you tell us about it — either through the contact form, or in a call or text. The form also records the time and the IP address it was sent from, which is standard spam protection.
Text messages and calls
903 458 2311 accepts calls and texts. If you text us, or give us your number, we keep that number and the conversation so we can help you and so we have a record of what was agreed. Message and data rates may apply on your side. Reply STOP to stop texts from us at any time, or HELP for another way to reach us. We never sell phone numbers, and no phone number or message content collected here is shared with anyone for marketing.
How we use it
To reply to you, quote and schedule work, order the right parts, keep a record of what was done to your cart, and follow up about that work. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
The people who run the shop, and the services that carry the message: our phone carrier, our email provider, and Netlify, which hosts this site and delivers the contact form to us. They process it on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to service your cart and keep an ordinary business record of the work. Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. The host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — call or text 903 458 2311. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

If this policy changes, the version on this page is the current one.
