Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Built Different Cart Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a golf cart maintenance and repair business serving East Texas. They cover your use of builtdifferentcart.com, the contact form on it, and calls or texts to 903 458 2311. Using the site or messaging us means you accept them.

What this site is

A description of the work we do and a way to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell at a stated price, a diagnosis of your cart, or a promise about how a specific repair will turn out.

Estimates, bookings and work

Anything described here is the kind of work we do, not a quote. Price and timing are agreed after we have heard what the cart is doing, and in most cases after we have looked at it. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you directly — a form submission on its own is a request, not a confirmed appointment.

Calls and text messages

We invite you to call or text 903 458 2311, and the contact form asks for a phone number so we can reply. When you text us, or give us your number through the form, you agree that we may reply by text, by phone and by email about your cart, quotes, scheduling and the status of work in progress. This is how we answer you — it is not a marketing list and we do not add you to one. We send only as many messages as it takes to get the work booked and done. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan; your carrier sets those charges, not us. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting that number, or HELP and we will tell you another way to reach us — stopping texts does not cancel work already booked, so call us if you need to change that. Text and email delivery depends on carriers and mail providers, and neither we nor they can guarantee every message arrives, so if something is urgent, call.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information about the cart and how to reach you, do not use the site or messages to send anything unlawful or abusive, and do not give us somebody else’s phone number without their permission.

What belongs to whom

The name Built Different Cart Co., the artwork, photographs, text and design on this site belong to the business. Do not copy or reuse them without permission. Anything you send us about your own cart stays yours.

Disclaimer and limits

We keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current, and we are not liable for a decision made from the site alone — ask us. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising out of this site or these messages is limited to what you paid us for the work it relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

Where we link to Instagram, Facebook or anywhere else, those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes

These terms may change. The version on this page is the current one, and it applies from the day it is posted.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
